Head of Frontline division to resign

LONDON (MarketWatch) -- The chief executive of Frontline Management, the unit of Frontline /quotes/comstock/13*!fro/quotes/nls/fro (FRO 27.54, +0.49, +1.81%) responsible for the commercial management of Frontline's shipowning subsidiaries, is resigning before the end of June, the company said Wednesday. Bjorn Sjaastad is moving back to Bergen after commuting between his home and Oslo for the last two years, the firm said. John Fredriksen, the CEO of the firm, will take his responsibilities on an interim basis until a replacement is found. (Fixes ticker symbol.)
